The Conti Group has appointed Dr. Ralph DiSibio to its board of advisors. Dr. DiSibio brings more than four decades of business leadership experience to Conti’s board.

Dr. DiSibio served as president of the energy and environment business unit for Washington Group International, one of the world's largest construction, engineering and environmental firms. He was president of Parsons Power Group and held positions as executive vice president and director of strategic planning at Westinghouse.

“Ralph has deep leadership experience in the power industry and we are honored to have him join our board as we continue to expand our business,” says Kurt Conti, chief executive officer of The Conti Group.

Dr. DiSibio is author of “Reel Lessons in Leadership,” a unique book that reviews memorable films and their characters to examine what makes successful leaders. He facilitates leadership training workshops for leading corporations and organizations, including the U.S. Navy.

Dr. DiSibio holds degrees from Northern Colorado University, Rowan University and Western Colorado University, and program completions from Harvard and Johns Hopkins. He holds a Doctorate of Education in Administration.
