At the 2011 Roads and Bridges Live educational forum in Las Vegas, NV, the featured speaker on the topic of Bridge Infrastructure was John Paget, Project Engineer at Conti and a member of the firm’s Leadership Development Program which fast tracks the career paths of its future leaders.

Mr. Paget detailed the challenges and solutions faced by Conti while executing the Whitestone Bridge Rehabilitation project in New York City.  He spoke to an audience which included contractors, engineers, and state and local government officials from across the country. “Part of the culture at Conti is sharing knowledge and best practices,” said Mr. Paget. He added that “We not only feel it is important to share lessons learned within Conti, but with the industry as a whole.”

John Paget is a graduate of Villanova University and has five years of hands-on experience working on heavy civil construction projects.
