Design/Build
Conti started in the construction business as a Master Builder,
offering both design and construction services to its many regional
clients. We continue that tradition today by offering full design/build
services and offering single responsibility for the architecture,
engineering, and construction aspects of complex projects.

will work under a traditional prime contractor role with an A/E subcontractor
or we will joint venture with an A/E firm. We maintain excellent relationships
with many A/E firms and have a first-rate reputation within the engineering
community.

taking full responsibility for both the design and construction, Conti
assures the owner of the highest possible quality of the final project.
This applies to both new construction as well as adaptive reuse of existing
facilities.

perform constructability reviews and incorporate value engineering.
The Conti management team works with the client and takes on an active
management role with the designer during the early stages of the project.

Because
Conti is involved in the design and construction stage, we help create
practical cost-effective designs, which will lead to a more economical
project with a reduced schedule.

has in-house professional engineers that manage our A/E partners to
ensure quality and constructability. We are innovative in implementing
technology and methodology.

also has the ability to offer design-build-maintain services for projects
that have a post-construction O&M requirement.
