Establishment of Conti
Conti was initially one man's dream. N. Tony Conti, a stonemason by trade, immigrated to the United States in 1906 and started the company T.N. Conti & Sons. Tony Conti earned an impeccable reputation because of his ability to build stonewalls, steps, and patios, but also because of his dedication to customer satisfaction. His son, Gerald G. Conti, later formed Conti Contractors and expanded the scope of services the company offered to include both private and public clients. Gerald was an innovator and creative problem solver and frequently devised new construction techniques. In 1959, Natale G. Conti formed Conti Construction Company and ventured out even further by stressing the importance of quality craftsmanship and strong integrity. Today, with Kurt Conti at the helm of the company, Conti has become a market leader focused on satisfying its clients with the use of the latest technology and management tools.

With expansion in mind, Conti has established offices in New York City, which have stimulated the number of projects the company has been awarded in that area. Additionally, Conti has offices in Oak Ridge, Tennessee which were opened to better serve the Department of Energy. Our offices in Maryland and Massachusetts are also part of Conti's broad service areas.
