The Conti Group - Lehigh Fabrication & Precast, LLC

Lehigh Fab & Precast, LLC is Conti's precast concrete and metal fabrication subsidiary, located in Whitehall, Pa. It produces customized precast concrete and metal components for use by our own crews or those of other contractors.

Our experience in Lean Manufacturing Principles enables us to minimize waste, maximize production efficiency and ensures our unwavering commitment to quality. Software tools like Solid-Works & CAD produce detailed drawings and our precision CNC cutting and forming tools enable us to prepare the most complex shapes for bridges and other specialized structures to the highest standard of accuracy.

Our precast concrete products include PA & NJ barriers, drainage structures, and architectural finished concrete products such as dual surface sound barrier walls and fascia panels.

Metal fabrication work includes standard building & simple bridge structures; custom fabrication with automated welding through ABB robotics; CNC water-jet cutting; and shearing, bending, and drilling presses.

AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) Simple Bridge and Steel Structures
NPCA (National Precast Concrete Association)
Our welders are certified to AWS (American Welding Society) D1.1 and D1.5 certifications.
Our Quality Department holds ACI (American Concrete Institute) Level 1 (Concrete) and NDT (Non Destructive Testing) Level 2 (Welding) certifications
