The Conti Group - College Graduate & Intern Opportunities

At the Conti Group, we make a concerted effort to recruit the best and the brightest from the country's foremost civil & mechanical engineering programs. Starting with our internship program for those in their junior year to on campus recruiting for graduating seniors we are constantly looking for the next leaders of our company.

Internships
Our internship program takes place on project sites. You will work one-on-one with other engineers and field supervision to manage an existing project. You will be given real responsibilities and have the opportunity to present your summer experiences to Senior Managers at the end of internship. You will be tasked with learning about and being involved with procurement, scheduling, shop drawings, document control, estimating, change orders, and accounts payable. In addition to all of the hard-work, there will be social and networking events to give you the opportunity to meet key executives and colleagues.

Graduating Seniors
In the fall and spring we conduct onsite campus recruiting for graduating seniors looking for their first opportunities. The first role for graduating seniors is a field engineer, which can lead to several career paths including estimating, project controls, project management and field supervision.

We expect all Conti employees to exhibit the core principles of honesty, integrity, and creditability.
