Employee Benefits The Conti Group recognizes that our employees are key to the success of our business. We, therefore, offer a benefits program with choices designed to address the individual and family needs of our employees. Core benefits are provided (at low to no cost) to all eligible employees on the first day of employment. The Conti Group offers the following benefits: Health Insurance Conti offers a major medical plan through Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. There are two networks to choose from: PPO and Direct Access/POS, neither of which require Primary Care Physicians (PCP) and/or referrals. Embedded within the medical plan are prescription coverage under CareMark and a vision plan. Conti also offers dental benefits with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and additional vision benefits with VSP, as a Voluntary Supplemental Benefit. Life Insurance Conti pays 100% of the premium for the life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment benefit. Retirement Plan Benefits Conti offers a 401(k) plan with Mass Mutual Financial Services. There are two contribution options: before-tax contributions and 401(k) Roth (after tax dollars). All contributions are vested 100% as of day one of participation. Employee Assistance Program Conti's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is intended to provide Conti employees and their immediate family members with a confidential service assisting them with personal, social, financial, legal or other human services. Flex Spending Account Conti offers a Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plan where employees can save up to 22% on purchases. Employees can use Medical FSA tax-free dollars to pay for eligible medical, dental and vision care expenses including over the counter prescriptions. Dependent Care FSA covers eligible expenses for eligible dependents including: before and after school programs, nursery school or pre-school tuition, summer day camp and care in a home by a licensed provider. Voluntary Benefits Conti offers additional voluntary benefits such as Short Term and/or Long Term Disability policies, Accident, Cancer, Supplemental Life, Critical Illness, and Hospital Confinement Insurance.
