The Conti Group - Newsletter

Welcome to volume 2 of the Conti Century! This has been a most successful year for the Conti Group, and we're proud to tell you all about it in this newsletter.

One of our major achievements for the year has been the launch of Conti University, our unique in-house training program that educates young college graduates and new hires not just about engineering, but about "The Conti Way" of doing things in every project we undertake.

The benefits of "The Conti Way" are also evident in the broad array of projects described in this newsletter.

You'll read about how our crews cleared hazardous waste materials from post-Katrina New Orleans...built the first solar ground array in the New Jersey Pinelands...and constructed a River Common in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania that maintains the town's beauty while protecting it against flooding.

And as diverse as these projects are, they were all constructed under a single credo: "Done Once...Done Right!"

As we grow into our second century, that credo will only grow in importance. After all, that's "The Conti Way".
