Chief Executive Officer/President, The Conti Group
As the CEO of The Conti Group, Mr. Conti brings with him more than 25 years of business experience, he provides leadership across all of its corporate entities. He joined The Conti Group immediately upon graduation with an engineering degree from Villanova University. Starting from the ground up, he worked in every functional position at Conti, moved through management and assumed the leadership of the business when he became CEO and president in 1995. Mr. Conti has transformed The Conti Group from a small local construction company - with annual revenues of $15 million - to a nationally recognized leader in infrastructure development, environmental remediation, renewable energy and homeland security, with more than $350 million in annual revenues. A 1984 honors graduate from Villanova University, Mr. Conti is also a member of the school's College of Engineering Advisory Board. In 2000, Mr. Conti graduated from the Owners/Managers Program of the Harvard Business School.
Dominic Mustillo |
Chief Financial Officer, The Conti Group
Mr. Mustillo has more than 25 years of experience in audit and financial management in the construction and real estate industries. He is responsible for the financial operations across all Conti entities. After graduating from Saint Peters College in 1979 with an accounting degree, Mr. Mustillo spent six years with the public accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche. He joined The Conti Group in 1990, and today oversees and participates in all facets of strategic planning and analysis, as well as serving as a member of the Executive Management Team. As the financial and business advisor for the company, Mr. Mustillo is responsible for maintaining all banking, insurance, and bonding relationships. Mr. Mustillo is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPA's and the American Institute of CPA's and is a past president and board member of the Construction Financial Management Association, New Jersey Chapter.
Edward M. Stolarz |
Chief Information Officer, The Conti Group
Mr. Stolarz, has more than 30 of experience in accounting and computer systems management in the construction industry. Mr. Stolarz graduated from Seton Hall University in 1972 with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, and is a Harvard Business School Alumni through the Program for Management Development in 2005. Mr. Stolarz is responsible for the management of Information Systems for all the Conti entities. His responsibilities include the maintenance, development and enhancement of the JD Edwards ERP Software System on which The Conti Group maintains all of its accounting and operating systems. His responsibilities also include maintaining and enhancing the Conti Intranet and Extranet, which provide authorized information to all Conti employees, customers and suppliers.
Jay Price |
Executive Vice President of Business Development, The Conti Group
Mr. Price has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for identifying new emerging markets in the industry in order to position the firm as a market leader and first adopter. He attended the University of Mississippi, studying under its Marine Biology program and Business Management at Memphis State University. He went on to graduate from a variety of academic programs, such as the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, Competitive Marketing Strategy at Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Price is responsible for maintaining existing market segments and encouraging repeat business among current customers. He supervises and coordinates all prequalification submittals, preparation of project-specific presentations, and follow up with the client post bid. He is also involved with training new personnel about their responsibilities in the sales and marketing of the company. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association (UTCA).
Jyothish Daniel |
Vice President, The Conti Group
Mr. Daniel has more than 13 years experience in operations management, organizational design and strategic management consulting in a variety of industries. At The Conti Group, he has primary responsibility for corporate development efforts, such as growing the company's renewable energy practice. Prior to joining the Conti team, he was senior director of manufacturing operations for Blinds To Go. Prior to that, he served in Booz Allen & Hamilton's Consumer and Engineered Products practice; General Motors' North American Competitive Manufacturing Team; as well as Mackie Automotive's Corporate Management team. Mr. Daniel drives the development and implementation of Organizational Design and People Systems for The Conti Group. He also serves on the CEO's Strategy team. Mr. Daniel holds a Honors Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Ontario and an MBA in General Management from Harvard University's Graduate School of Business Administration.
Robert Scerbo |
Vice President of Estimating, The Conti Group
Mr. Scerbo has more than 18 years of experience in cost estimating for USACE ID/IQ cost reimbursable and other government and commercial contracts. He joined The Conti Group in 1990 and today leads a team of over 25 estimators across all markets that The Conti Group pursues. Mr. Scerbo is one of the industry's leading cost estimators, as demonstrated by his extensive history of providing detailed cost estimates, schedules, invoices, and cost proposals. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Biological Sciences. Mr. Scerbo's hands-on technical and management experience adds significantly to his capability to provide useful cost estimates and realistic project schedules.
Kristen Olson |
Director of Human Resources, The Conti Group
Mrs. Olson has more than 17 years of experience in Human Resources. She joined The Conti Group in 1991 and today has overall HR responsibility for The Conti Group. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor in Fine Arts and is a Graduate of The General Manager Program (TGMP) at Harvard Business School. Mrs. Olson oversees all Human Resource needs for The Conti Group.
George Neumann |
Vice President of Conti University, The Conti Group
Mr. Neumann has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry focusing on Marine & Heavy Construction as well as the development and management of emerging technologies. He joined The Conti Group in 2006 and today provides the overall management of The Conti Group's in-house training curriculum for Conti University. Mr. Neumann is responsible for overseeing a number of professional trainers dedicated in the teaching of all the firms disciplines from Laborers to Project Managers to Senior Management in the executive branch. It is through this in-house training program that will propel the future education and skill levels across all company employees. He graduated from Union College and served in the United States Navy Civil Engineer Corps.
Aldo Gonzalez |
Director of Health and Safety, The Conti Group
Mr. Gonzalez has twenty years of experience in industrial hygiene and health and safety on heavy/civil and hazardous remediation sites. Mr. Gonzalez's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Safety Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a certificate from the Community College of the Air Force for Bioenvironmental Engineering. He is a Certified Safety Professional and served as a Bio-environmental Engineering Technician in the US Air Force where he also conducted both industrial hygiene and environmental surveys. Mr. Gonzalez is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all Conti employees and subcontractor personnel. He is responsible for the development and implementation of Conti's Corporate Health and Safety policies. Mr. Gonzalez oversees all field activities to ensure conformance with federal and state regulations, corporate policies, and the requirements of site-specific health and safety plans.

Mr. Liebes has more than 29 years experience in complex civil and environmental projects. He joined The Conti Group in 1987 and today is responsible for organizing and planning field operations to ensure they are performed in a high quality, fast-track, and cost-effective manner. He graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a BS in Civil Engineering and is a Graduate of The General Manager Program (TGMP) at Harvard Business School. Mr. Liebes is also the key link in providing the field work force with proper training and with communicating and maintaining Conti's corporate work philosophies.
Michael Sibert |
Director of Proposals, The Conti Group
Mr. Sibert has more than 29 years of experience in management/ preparation of bids and proposals for literally all types of programs and projects including hazardous waste remediation, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, heavy civil construction, and construction management, including authorship and Red Team review. He joined The Conti Group in 2003 and today is responsible for leading a team of proposal writers servicing all market sectors that The Conti Group is involved with. He graduated from Duke University with a BSE in Civil Engineering and later graduated from the University of Chicago with a MBA Finance. Mr. Sibert has extensive hands-on engineering design experience, heavy civil, homeland security, and building projects.

Chief Operating Officer, Conti Enterprises, Inc.
Mr. Picken has more than 30 years of heavy/civil, industrial, power, transportation, and environmental construction experience. He joined The Conti Group in 1987 and today has overall responsibility for Conti Enterprises, Inc. He graduated from Union College with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and completed a Key Executive Program from the Harvard Business School in 2000. Mr. Picken has overall operational responsibility for managing and overseeing the estimating, engineering, and project management functions of the entire company.

Vice President of Engineering and Project Management, Conti Enterprises, Inc.
Mr. Hogan has more than 16 years experience in major heavy/civil and hazardous waste site construction. He joined The Conti Group in 1992 and today is responsible for the oversight of all engineering and project management functions of the company. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Civil Engineering and is a Graduate of The General Manager Program (TGMP) at Harvard Business School. Mr. Hogan's broad experience in construction and hazardous waste remediation has provided him with a solid foundation for managing teams responsible for both large and small, time sensitive, and highly visible projects.
Jon Murphy |
Chief Operating Officer, Conti Federal Services, Inc.
Mr. Murphy has extensive experience in heavy/civil construction and environmental remediation. He is responsible for the management of all field operations including scheduling, personnel, labor relations, and technical construction oversight, and is the company's representative to all labor unions. After a tour of duty in Vietnam with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, he began working as a superintendent with The Conti Group. He steadily advanced his position to become COO of Conti Federal Services, Inc. Mr. Murphy received his degree in Civil Engineering Technology at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and graduated from a Key Executive Program from Harvard Business School. He served on the Construction Industry Advancement Program of New Jersey. He is also the former president of the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association (UTCA).
Anthony LaBato |
Vice President of Operations, Conti Federal Services, Inc.
Mr. LaBato has more than 23 years experience in extensive construction management. He joined The Conti Group in 1989 and today is responsible for all technical and administrative aspects of the company's Federal Service Division Projects. He is also responsible for motivating and managing the staff and serving as the primary liaison with the client and client representatives. He graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in Environmental Design, Landscape Architecture and is a Graduate of The General Manager Program (TGMP) at Harvard Business School. Mr. LaBato's vastly broad knowledge and experience in both civil construction and hazardous waste remediation has provided him with a solid foundation for managing the Federal Services Divisions operations.
Luis Seijido |
Vice President and New England Regional Manger, Conti Federal Services, Inc.
Mr. Seijido has more than 26 years of program and project management, engineering and construction experience including 17 years managing cost reimbursable and firm fixed price remediation contracts. He joined The Conti Group in 2001 and today manages the operations of the New England Division and is a Program Manager for multi-site, multi-task order remedial action contracts. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Biological Sciences. Mr. Seijido has extensive experience complying with regulations and guidance including CERCLA; RCRA; SDWA; CWA; TSCA; NEPA; NESHAPS; and USACE general and HTRW-specific construction, engineering, design, O&M, and safety and health regulations.
Al Bucknam |
Chief Executive Officer, SunDurance Energy, LLC
Mr. Bucknam has more than 20 years experience in business development, corporate development and strategy for both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. He joined Conti in 2007 to build and manage SunDurance Energy, The Conti Group's new solar energy company, and is responsible for developing major solar projects in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining SunDurance Energy, LLC, he served for ten years with Plug Power Inc., most recently as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bucknam spent more than ten years at Ryder System, Inc., where his final position was Field Finance Director in a $220 Million dollar business unit. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Middlebury College and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. |
